How to use the bore sight: 1. Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning it counter-clockwise. 2. Insert the batteries (+ side up) into the rear opening. 3. Turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten it (the laser will turn on). 4. Carefully place the bore sight in your rifle's chamber and close the bolt. 5. To remove the bore sight, open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, and then manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle's barrel upward, always practicing safe firearm handling. 6. Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the bore sight off.
